With 2010 just behind us, the GECKO team took a view back at the year and what it meant for our program. We are about to finish the report, which will of course be published on this website. Last Saturday, Greennovate’s founder, Mihela Hladin, was invited to Fudan University to attend the 2nd ‘Xunji Forum’, an event which promotes social innovation among young people in China. At the forum, Mihela shared her experiences in China with students from both Singapore and China. She talked about how Greennovate came into being, and her attitude towards environment and life. She described the “Pissed Off” gene as a central driver behind her own and many change makers’ actions.
